This session depicts the last days of winter in our beautiful Rocky Mountains, when the weather is nice and warm, but you still have enough snow to go out there and have some fun. It is also the first session out of a “seasons family photo session” series that this amazing couple ordered for their family. They really wanted to capture the beautiful sceneries of Canada, so we drove around until we found the perfect spot.
It turns out the location we chose was kind of windy, so to prevent everyone from freezing, we made sure they were always on the move, running, jumping or even hugging to keep warm. We did end up falling in knee-high snow at some point, so we had to run back to the car, warm our pants and get back out there and shoot. Haha! But we ended the day with a perfect cup of hot chocolate and lots of laughs!
