I’ve always been fascinated by firefighters. It amazes me how they throw themselves into the wild fire and save so many lives, sometimes with the prices of their own.  I’ve always wanted to know how a Fire station looks like and I had the opportunity to see one when we went on a trip to the Silver Sring Firehall with our Scout group. Yes, we are enrolled in Scouts Canada – David is a cute little Beaver and me and Radu are Scouts Leaders. We’ve met some great firefighters who patiently showed us around, talked about their fire tucks, the EMS unit and much more. So here are a couple of photos to show you a glimpse of what’s inside.
